In reply to Your Lordship's despatch N. 2, of the 6th of April last, I have the honor to forward Copies of three letters, No. 186, 187, and 188, which I addressed to Major General Lord Saltoun and Vice Admiral Sir William Parker, on the 2nd and 4th of last month, and from which Your Lordship will perceive that I have already invited the Vice-Admiral to select land for Naval purposes.
